Our research program is divided into two main areas: the synthesis and bioactivity of natural product inspired all-carbon bridged bicyclic compounds with applications in oxidative protection and epilepsy; and non-metal catalyzed cyclitive additions to alkynes leading to therapeutically valuable heterocycles.
